We prioritize your convenience and privacy when sharing test results. Notifications will be sent via phone, mail, or SMS text message. Please note that standard messaging rates may apply.
For biopsy and test results, we share findings during follow-up appointments to ensure you have ample time to ask questions, understand the results, and discuss next steps with our team.

Update Your Patient Information
Stay up to date! Please complete the Patient Registration Form to update your details. Bring a signed copy to your next visit or fax it to our office.
Requesting Records and Results
To request a copy of your medical records, a completed and signed HIPAA form is required. Please note that our Privacy Officer must review and sign off before records can be released. Per HIPAA guidelines, our office has at least 30 days to respond to your request.
It is the policy of Neera Agarwal-Antal, M.D., Inc. to only provide biopsy and other test results to patients at the time of their follow-up appointment. No results are given over the phone.
